1 Aluminum sheet according to GOST AMg5 21631-76

1.1 Material condition of sheets - annealed - AMg5M:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 0,6 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 135 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 4,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
3) sheet thickness - from 4,5 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 130 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 16,0 %.
1.2 Material condition of sheets - without heat treatment - Amg5:
1) sheet thickness - from 5,0 to 6,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 130 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 12,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 6,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 130 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.

2 Aluminum sheet AMg6 (AMg6B) in accordance with GOST 21631-76

2.1 Material condition of sheets - annealed - Amg6M (AMg6BM):
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 0,6 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 306 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 0,6 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 306 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2.2 Material condition of sheets - without heat treatment:
– sheet thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 315 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 15 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.

3 Aluminum sheet according to GOST AMg6 21631-76

Sheet material condition - annealed - Amg6UM:
– sheet thickness - from 2,0 to 5,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 130 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.

4 Aluminum sheet according to GOST D1A 21631-76

4.1 Material condition of sheets - annealed - D1AM:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– time resistance - by 145 to 225 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 12,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 1,9 to 10,5 mm:
– time resistance - by 145 to 235 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
4.2 The condition of the sheet material - hardened and naturally aged - D1AT:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 365 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 185 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 1,9 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 375 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 195 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.
4.3 Material condition of sheets - without heat treatment; material condition of test specimens - hardened and naturally aged - D1A:
– sheet thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 365 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 185 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 12,0 %.

5 Aluminum sheet D16 (D16B) in accordance with GOST 21631-76

5.1 Material condition of sheets - annealed - D16M (D16BM):
sheet thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– time resistance - by 145 to 235 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 10,0 %.
5.2 The condition of the sheet material - hardened and naturally aged - D16T (D16BT):
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 440 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 290 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 13,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 1,5 to 6,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 440 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 11 %.
3) sheet thickness - from 6,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 440 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - is not less controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
5.3 State of the material sheets - cold-worked after quenching and natural aging - D16BTN, D16TN:
1) sheet thickness - from 1,5 to 3,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 475 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 360 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 3,0 to 7,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 475 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 360 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 8,0 %.

6 Aluminum sheet D16A GOST 21631-76

6.1 Material condition of sheets - annealed - D16AM:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– time resistance - by 145 to 225 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 1,9 to 10,5 mm:
– time resistance - by 145 to 235 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
6.2 Material condition of sheets - hardened and naturally aged - D16AT:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 405 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 270 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 13,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 1,9 to 6,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 425 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 275 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 11,0 %.
3) sheet thickness - over 6,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 425 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 275 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
6.3 Состояние материала листов — без термической обработки – Д16А; состояние материала образцов для испытаний – закаленные и естественно состаренные:

6.4 The condition of the sheet material - cold-worked after hardening and natural aging - D16ATN:

– tensile strength - at least 425 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 335 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 1,9 to 7,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 455 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 345 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 8,0 %.

7 Aluminum sheet according to GOST D16U 21631-76

7.1 Material condition of sheets - annealed - D16UM:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– time resistance - by 130 to 225 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 1,9 to 4,0 mm:
– time resistance - by 130 to 235 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
7.2 Material condition of sheets - hardened and naturally aged - D16UT:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 365 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 230 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 13,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 1,9 to 4,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 405 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 270 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 13,0 %.

8 Aluminum sheet V95 GOST 21631-76

8.1 State of the material sheet - annealed – B95AM:
sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 245 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 10,0 %.
8.2 The condition of the sheet material - hardened and naturally aged - В95АТ1:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 480 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 400 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 7,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 1,9 to 6,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 490 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 410 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 7 %.
3) sheet thickness - from 6,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 490 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 410 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 6,0 %.
8.3 The condition of the sheet material - without heat treatment - B95A;
material condition of test specimens - hardened and artificially aged:
sheet thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 495 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 410 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 6,0 %.

9 aluminum sheet 1915 GOST 21631-76

9.1 State of the material sheet - annealed – 1915M:
sheet thickness - from 1,0 to 4,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 245 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 10,0 %.
9.2 Sheet material condition - tempered and naturally aged for 30-35 days - 1915T:
sheet thickness - from 1,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 315 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 195 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
9.3 Sheet material condition - tempered and naturally aged for 2-4 days - 1915T:
sheet thickness - from 1,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 165 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
– Elongation - at least 6,0 %.
