D12 aluminum alloy sheets
Annealed:
sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 4,0 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 155 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 14,0 %.
Semi-ready:
sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 4,0 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 220 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- Elongation - at least 3,0 %.
Sheets from aluminum alloy AMg2
Annealed:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 1,0 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 165 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 16,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 1,0 by 10,5 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 165 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 100 MPa;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 18,0 %.
Semi-ready:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 1,0 mm:
- time resistance - by 235 by 314 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
- Elongation - at least 5,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 1,0 by 4,0 mm:
- time resistance - by 235 by 314 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
- Elongation - at least 6,0 %.
Cold-worked:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 1,0 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 265 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 215 MPa;
- Elongation - at least 3,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 1,0 by 4,0 mm:
- time resistance - by 235 by 314 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
- Elongation - at least 4,0 %.
Without heat treatment:
sheet thickness - from 5,0 by 10,5 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 175 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- Elongation - at least 7,0 %.
Sheets from aluminum alloy AMg3
Annealed:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 0,6 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 195 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 90 MPa;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 0,6 by 4,5 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 195 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 100 MPa;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
3) sheet thickness - over 4,5 by 10,5 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 180 MPa;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
3.2 Состояние материала листов — полунагартованное:

- tensile strength - at least 245 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 195 MPa;

Without heat treatment:
1) sheet thickness - from 5,0 by 6,0 mm:

- Elongation - at least 12,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 6,0 by 10,5 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not less than 80 MPa;
- Elongation - at least 15,0 %.
Sheets from aluminum alloy AB
Annealed:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 5,0 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 20,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - over 5,0 by 10,5 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
Закаленные и естественно состаренные:
1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 by 0,6 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 195 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- Elongation - at least 18,0 %.
2) sheet thickness - from 0,6 by 3,0 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 195 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- Elongation - at least 20,0 %.
3) sheet thickness - from 3,0 by 5,0 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 195 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
- Elongation - at least 18,0 %.
4) sheet thickness - from 5,0 by 10,5 mm:
- tensile strength - at least 175 MPa;
- yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
Elongation - at least 16,0 %.
Закаленные и искусственно состаренные:
