Aluminum sheet according to GOST 21631-76: aluminum grades and soft alloys

The level of mechanical properties of aluminum sheets depends on:

  • chemical composition: grades of aluminum and aluminum alloys;
  • state of the material, i.e. the resulting sheet and the thermal deformation processing.

requirements of GOST 21631-76 to the mechanical properties of aluminum sheets of aluminum grades and "soft" aluminum alloys (AMts, AMCs, MM) are presented below.

Sheets of aluminum A7, a6, A5, A0, AD0, AD1, AD00, FROM

annealed

1) sheet thickness - from 0,3 to 0,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 60 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 20,0 %.

2) sheet thickness - over 0,5 to 0,9 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 60 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 25,0 %.

3) sheet thickness - over 0,9 to 10,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 60 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 30,0 %.

Semi-ready:

sheet thickness - from 0,8 to 4,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 100 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 6,0 %.

Cold-worked:

1) sheet thickness - from 0,3 to 0,8 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 3,0 %.

2) sheet thickness - over 0,8 to 3,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 4,0 %.

3) sheet thickness - over 3,5 to 10,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 130 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 5,0 %.

Without heat treatment:

sheet thickness - from 5,01 to 10,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 70 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 15,0 %.

Sheets of aluminum alloy and AMts AMtsS

Annealed:

1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 0,7 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 90 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 18,0 %.

2) sheet thickness - over 0,7 to 3,0 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 90 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 22,0 %.

3) sheet thickness - over 3,0 to 10,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 90 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 20,0 %.

Semi-ready:

1) sheet thickness - from 0,5 to 3,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 5,0 %.

2) sheet thickness - from 3,5 to 4,0 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 6,0 %.

cold-worked

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;

2) sheet thickness - over 0,5 to 0,8 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 2,0 %.

3) sheet thickness - over 0,8 to 1,2 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 3,0 %.

4) sheet thickness - over 1,2 to 4,0 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 4,0 %.

Without thermal treatment

sheet thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 100 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 10,0 %.

cold-worked

sheet thickness - from 1,0 to 4,5 mm;

  • temporary resistance - not controlled;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not controlled.
