Aluminum tape according to GOST 13726-97 from high-alloy

 

Below are the requirements of GOST 13726-97 to the mechanical properties of tapes of high strength aluminum alloys in different states – alloys AMg5, AMg6, D1, D16, B95, 1915, V95-1.

1 AMg5 aluminum alloy tapes

1.1 Material condition of belts - without heat treatment:
1) tape thickness - from 5,0 to 6,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 130 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 12,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 6,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 130 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.
1.2 Material condition of tapes - annealed:
1) tape thickness - from 0,5 to 0,6 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 275 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 135 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 0,6 to 4,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 130 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 130 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
3) tape thickness - over 4,5 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 135 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.

2 Strips from aluminum alloy AMg6 (AMg6B)

2.1 Material condition of belts - without heat treatment:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 315 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 155 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.
2.2 Material condition of tapes - annealed:
1) tape thickness - from 0,5 to 0,6 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 305 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 145 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 0,6 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 315 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 155 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2.3 The condition of the material of the belts - cold-worked:
– tape thickness - from 1,0 to 4,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 375 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 275 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 6,0 %.

3 Tapes from aluminum alloy D1 (D1A)

3.1 Condition material tapes - without heat treatment,
condition of test pieces - hardened and naturally aged:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 355 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 185 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 12,0 %.
3.2 The condition of the material of the tapes - annealed:
1) tape thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 225 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
2) tape thickness - from 1,9 to 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 235 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.

4 Tapes from aluminum alloy D16 (D16B)

The condition of the material of the tapes - annealed:
– tape thickness - from 0,5 to 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 235 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.

5 Tapes from an aluminum alloy D16A

5.1 Condition material tapes - without heat treatment, condition of test pieces - hardened and naturally aged:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 410 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 255 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 10,0 %.
3.2 The condition of the material of the tapes - annealed:
1) tape thickness - from 0,5 to 1,9 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 225 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
2) tape thickness - from 1,9 to 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 235 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.

6 Tapes from aluminum alloy V95A

6.1 Condition material tapes - without heat treatment,
condition of test pieces - hardened and naturally aged:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 490 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 410 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 6,0 %.
6.2 The condition of the material of the tapes - annealed:
– tape thickness - from 0,5 to 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 245 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.

7 Aluminum Alloy Tapes 1915

7.1 Material condition of belts - without heat treatment:
1) the condition of the test pieces - hardened and naturally aged for 30-35 days:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 315 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 195 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 10,0 %.
2) the condition of the test pieces - hardened and naturally aged for 2-4 days:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 265 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 165 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 10,0 %.
7.2 The condition of the material of the tapes - annealed:
– tape thickness - from 0,8 to 4,0 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 245 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.

8 Tapes from aluminum alloy V95A

8.1 Condition material tapes - without heat treatment
– tape thickness - from 0,8 to 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - not controlled;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not controlled.
8.2 The condition of the material of the tapes - annealed:
– tape thickness - from 0,8 to 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 245 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 10,0 %.
