Aluminum tape according to GOST 13726-97 alloys of sredneprochnyh

1.1 Material condition of belts - without heat treatment:

– tensile strength - at least 175 MPa;

1.2 Material condition of tapes - annealed:
1) tape thickness - from 0,25 by 1,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 165 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 16,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 1,0 by 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 165 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 18,0 %.
1.3 The condition of the material of the belts is quarter-hardened:
1) tape thickness - from 0,3 by 4,0 mm:
– time resistance - by 215 by 295 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 — 155 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 5,0 %.
1.4 The condition of the material of the belts is semi-standardized:
1) tape thickness - from 0,3 by 1,0 mm:
– time resistance - by 235 by 315 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 175 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 5,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 1,0 by 4,0 mm:
– time resistance - by 235 by 315 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 175 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 6,0 %.
1.5 Состояние материала лент — тричетвертинагартованное:
– sheet thickness - from 0,3 by 4,0 mm:
– time resistance - by 255 by 355 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 195 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 3,0 %.
1.6 Состояние материала лент — нагартованное:
1) tape thickness - from 0,3 by 1,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 265 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 215 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 3,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 1,0 by 4,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 265 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 215 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 4,0 %.

2 Tape made of aluminum alloy AMg3

2.1 Material condition of belts - without heat treatment:
1) tape thickness - from 5,0 by 6,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 80 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 12,0 %.
2) толщина ленты – свыше от 6,0 by 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 80 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 15,0 %.
2.2 Material condition of tapes - annealed:
1) tape thickness - from 0,25 by 0,6 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 195 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 90 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 0,6 by 4,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 195 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 100 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
3) tape thickness - over 4,5 by 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 80 MPa;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %
2.3 The condition of the material of the belts is semi-standardized:
– tape thickness - from 0,7 by 4,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 245 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not less than 195 MPa;
– Elongation - at least 7,0 %.

3 Tape made of aluminum alloy D12

3.1 Material condition of tapes - annealed:
– tape thickness - from 0,5 by 4,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 155 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 14,0 %.
3.2 The condition of the material of the belts is semi-standardized:
– tape thickness - from 0,5 by 4,0 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 155 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 3,0 %.

4 Tape made of aluminum alloy AB

4.1 Condition material tapes - without heat treatment.
1) Состояние образцов — закаленные и естественно состаренные:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 by 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 175 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 14,0 %.
2) Состояние образцов — закаленные и искусственно состаренные:
– tape thickness - from 5,0 by 10,5 mm:
– tensile strength - at least 295 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– Elongation - at least 7,0 %
4.2 Material condition of tapes - annealed:
1) tape thickness - from 0,3 by 5,0 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 145 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 20,0 %.
2) tape thickness - over 5,0 by 10,5 mm:
– temporary resistance - no more 145 MPa;
– yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
– elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.
