Aluminum tape according to GOST 13726-97 aluminum and soft alloys

Mechanical properties of aluminum tapes in accordance with GOST 13726-97 depend on:

  • the chemical composition of grades of aluminum and aluminum alloys;
  • state of the material, i.e. obtained by heat and strain treatment tape.

Below are the requirements of GOST 13726-97 to mechanical properties of tapes made of aluminum and soft aluminum alloys AMts, AMTSS and MM in various conditions.

Aluminum tape

Aluminum grades: A7, a6, A5, A0, AD0, AD1, AD00, FROM

Material condition - no heat treatment

Thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm.

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 70 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 15,0 %.

Material condition - annealed:

1) Thickness - from 0,25 to 0,5 mm.

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 60 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 20,0 %.

2) Thickness - over 0,5 to 0,9 mm.

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 60 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 25,0 %.

3) Thickness - over 0,9 to 10,5 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 60 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 30,0 %.

Material condition - semi-guaranteed

Sheet thickness - from 0,8 to 4,5 mm.

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 100 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 6,0 %.

Material Condition - Chipped

1) Belt thickness - from 0,25 to 0,8 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 3,0 %.

2) Sheet thickness - over 0,8 to 3,5 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 4,0 %.

3) Band thickness - over 3,5 to 10,5 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 130 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 5,0 %.

Tapes from aluminum alloys АМц and АМцС

Material condition - no heat treatment

Tape thickness - from 5,0 to 10,5 mm.

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 100 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 10,0 %.

Material Condition - Annealed

Mechanical properties:

1) Belt thickness - from 0,25 to 0,7 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 90 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 18,0 %.

2) Band thickness - over 0,7 to 3,0 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 90 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 22,0 %.

3) Band thickness - over 3,0 to 10,5 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 90 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • elongation δ10 - not less than 20,0 %.

Material condition - semi-standardized:

1) Sheet thickness - from 0,3 to 3,5 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 5,0 %.

2) Band thickness - over 3,5 to 4,0 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 145 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 6,0 %.

Material condition - three-quarter-gauge:

Sheet thickness - from 0,3 to 4,0 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • time resistance - by 165 to 235 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 4,0 %.

Material condition of sheets - cold-worked:

1) Belt thickness - from 0,25 to 0,5 mm:

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 1,0 %.

2) Band thickness - over 0,5 to 0,8 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 2,0 %.

3) Band thickness - over 0,8 to 1,2 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 3,0 %.

4) Band thickness - over 1,2 to 4,0 mm

Mechanical properties:

  • tensile strength - at least 185 MPa;
  • yield stress 0,2 - not controlled;
  • Elongation - at least 4,0 %.

MM aluminum alloy tapes

Material condition - cold-worked:

Sheet thickness - from 2,5 to 4,5 mm.
